Android phone prototypes

ARM ltd. has showed a prototype of Android handset at the Mobile World Congress. So this is first, after Winstron GW4, officially presented Android mobile device - gfone.
ARM’s prototype is a BlackBery-like smartphone powered by ARM9 processor. This former generation ARM chip is used to produce Nintendo DS or Nokia N-Gage, so it isn’t high performance solutions.
This prototype and testing device is equipped with SMS messaging Web browser, Gmail, contacts, application, and other standard Android software.
Next interesting presented prototype was E2831, another chinese mobile phone. Device besed on TI OMAP730 chipset, 200 Mhz ARM926EJ-S processor and 64 Mb of RAM and Flash. Phone is equpped with 802.11b/g WiFi, 2.2” QVGA 262K and 1.3 megapixel digicam.
