First Android powered mobile HTC Dream/T-Mobile G1 will be presented on September 23.
Strategy Analytics estimates that G1 and Android, open platform and OS for mobile phones and smartphones, will account for 4 percent of US market. It means that 400,000 of the 10.5 million smartphones sold in United States will be powered by Android Platform.
Open Hand Alliance (OHA) has sent an invitation to ASUS. OHA is interested in Asus EEE PC, it give an opportunity to equip Asus EEE PC with Android Platform.
HTC Dream has started showing up on T-Mobile customers website, and it is a confirmation that the Dream/G1 will be offered to T-Mobile users prior to regular sales.
