Pandora console - myth or reality?

Pandora console is going to be released in Spring of 2008, as a most powerful hand-held. This Texas Instruments OMAP 3430 powered device will be cost $320. But is it real?
When we look at performance, this console looks impressive - High Performance OMAP3430 is the most powerful processor made for mobile device. This processor supports OpenGL ES 2.0, 128MB of DDR SDRAM and 256MB of internal flash. This allow to emulate the Sony Playstation or Nintendo 64 and Nintento DS games.
Moreover, Pandora will be excellent equipped - qwerty keboard, 802.11g (Wi-fi), 4.3 inches 800×480 touchscreen LCD. Pandora will be open-source system running on Linux distribution.
But will it success? The most important factor in game systems are games. Even if console will be the most powerful device ever constructed, and there will be few games, this device will not success. Inside Nintendo DS, there is ARM9E architecture CPU, no High Performance CPU, but there are a lots of games for Nintendo DS, and this is a key factor of success in this field of electronic entertainment.
