Scype phones needs a computer or a laptop to working. Philips VIOP841 Scype telephony plugs into a RJ-11 standard phone jack or RJ-45 broadband jack. It is able to send and receive Scype phones and regular calls.
Philips VIOP841 Scype Phone has a screen that looks like Skype’s interface where anyone who is going to phone through this device can log in and downloads the users Scype contacts. Moreover this phone is able to hold up to 500 Skcpe entries in phonebook.
Philips VIOP841 series is the first DECT cordless phone with Scype that doesn’t need PC to works, offering consumers independence from the PC and total flexibility.
