Texas Instruments on Android Platform

During Mobile World Congress 2008, Texas Instruments will be showing two chips dedicated for Android Platform.
First, OMAP850 an integrated solution for mobile devices. This integrated circuit is powered by ARM926EJ-S, 200MHz core unit. Build in memory controller supports 128 MB of mobile SDRAM and 256 MB Flash. OMAP850 is equipped with GSM controller, WLAN interface, Bluetooth and IrDA and many othes application subsystem.
Second processor presented by Texas Instruments is high performance OMAP3430. This solution besed on ARM Cortex-A8 processor. This high performance, ARMv7 architecture unit has speed from 600MHz to 1GHz, and up to 1MB Level 2 Cache. OMAP3430 is an outstanding equipped circuit with 2D and 3D accelerator, interfaces for all mobile solutions, like mobile TV, GPS and many other devices.
