TomTom GO 520 is equipped with 4.3″ TFT LCD touchscreen (480 x 272 pixels, 64,000 colours).
This elegant and slim design GPS device is powered by High Sensitivity SiRF Star III Chipset, 400MHz ARM920T processor and 64MB RAM. This all allow to run 3D graphics user interface.
TomTom GO 520 operate under latest version of TomTom software, lithium-polymer battery allows to 5 hours of work, new Tom Tom Map Share™ technology allows to improve maps instantly. Compact and stylish designed device weights 220 grams, dimensions is 118 mm x 83 mm x 24 mm.
TomTom GO 520 is eqipped with 512MB or 1GB internal flash memory, SD card socket allows to expand memory.

TomTom made good maps for Australia, Europe, Uk, Usa, Canada, China, Eastern Europe, Florida, France, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, North America, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, and Turkey.
