YouTube is the most known video sharing community on the net. YouTube is owned by Google - on November 13, 2006 Google paid US$1.65 billion for YouTube. YT was founded in February 2005 in a garage by three former PayPal employees - they use Adobe Flash technology to display a video content.
All videos take up 45 terabytes - total time spent watching all videos is 9,305 years. To bandwidth traffic require several million dollars to be paid.
YT revenue is estimated about $440 - $500 million, and it is expected that revenue will jump to $1.7 billion by 2010.
